First, the mailman is running around in a light shirt and shorts despite the plunging temperatures. Second, he delivered my order from Swyrich even though you only received my order 2 days ago. I guess I can stop waiting for you to "confirm" my order by E-mail, as the order has just been received complete and in perfect condition. So much for snail mail and the poor standard of customer service so many companies exhibit these days. I was worried about getting the order in time for Christmas, but you delivered in time for Thanksgiving, and the Canadian Thanksgiving at that! Keep up the excellent work. (RK)
