All non-digital orders are processed in our office within 1 business day, ready to be shipped. You choose how fast your order is sent to you. Regular shipping (air mail or UPS) may take a couple of weeks to most North American locations. We also offer 4-7 and 2-3 day rush shipping options.

Digital Orders are available for Download and a copy is sent by Email after your payment is processed.

Yes, we do ship outside North America.

There are two methods of tracking your order:

As we fill non-digital orders within one business day, please contact us immediately by email or by telephone to make changes to your order.
No problem, some of us are old-fashioned too. We also take checks and money orders. You place your order online, then print it and then send that print with your check or money order to the address on the bottom of the screen. We will process your order after it arrives in the mail. and its partners have been researching and writing family name history documents since 1968. If you are in any way disatisfied with the quality, condition or workmanship of your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. Shipping charges may apply. (We do not pay for return shipping unless we made an error in order processing or shipping. You must pay to return ship any item you are disatisfied with. In the case of items received with shipping charges due, we will automatically deduct the amount from your refund).
